  • Start getting up an hour earlier than normal
  • Eat a healthy breakfast
  • Work out at home or visit the gym
  • Pack snacks for throughout the day
  • Practice motivational self talk each morning in front of the mirror
  • Put your most dreaded work task at the top of your to do list and do it first
  • Get rid of clutter. Thrown out a magazine, a note, an email, or an old app on your smartphone every day.
